Training

A forty hour basic training course that strives to teach officers better balance and precision maneuvering is offered to our lease customers.

Sgt. Phil Miles (Ret.), Motor Training Officer of Portsmouth, NH Police Department is the instructor. He was certified through Northwestern Traffic Institution in 1993.

Training is offered to certified police officers, upon permission from their agency. Any agency requesting training must be an existing customer of New England Police Vehicle Leasing.

Fee is $300 per student (includes training motorcycle). The proposed dates and locations for the 2012 New England Police Leasing motorcycle training are as follows:

Apr 8-12: Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

May 6- 10 Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

May 20 - 24 Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

June 10-14: Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

Sept 9 -13: Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

Sept 30 - Oct 4 Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

Oct 14 -18: Seacoast H-D, North Hampton

All classes are held Monday - Friday from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours. Class size is limited to 12 students.
